ProSidian seeks a BI Dashboard & Visualization Developer | Full Stack Developer II or III IT108 [MontCo0010009] for program support. This is a Part-Time position on an exempt W2 basis, supporting a county government in Pennsylvania (MontCo), with regional support across the Northeastern United States, including Norristown, PA.

We are looking for candidates with relevant government and public services sector experience, including functional and technical expertise, to support professional services for clients like MontCo. The role is a Professional - Operations position, with potential for conversion to full-time employment.

Job Overview

Provide services as a Operations (BI Dashboard & Visualization Developer) focusing on management and operations solutions within the government and public services industry, primarily supporting Montgomery County PA and similar clients across the region.

Responsibilities

1. Build interactive dashboards and visualizations to enhance data transparency.
2. Customize reports to meet departmental needs.
3. Ensure UI/UX of BI tools aligns with user requirements.

Qualifications

Desired Skills:

• Deep knowledge of dashboard development tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong visual communication skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Data Visualization, IT, or related field.
• 2-4 years of dashboard development experience.

Skills Required:

• Data presentation, UX/UI design, DAX/Power Query, front-end design principles.

Core Competencies:

• Creativity, user empathy, technical agility, design thinking.

Additional Role Details

• Adhere to county branding standards for reports.
• May work under IT but report functionally to Finance.

Other Requirements
