Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of BI, analytics, reporting, data analysis, or dashboard development experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and publishing.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, validation, and analysis.
• Experience with Python and/or R for data manipulation or analytics.
• Ability to responsibly use AI-assisted productivity, coding, or analytics tools in a professional environment.
• Ability to apply human-centered design practices to BI work.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Understanding of data governance concepts including data quality, ownership, stewardship, metadata, lineage, and access controls.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable BI deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, deploy, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Develop and validate SQL, DAX, Power Query, Python, or R logic to support BI deliverables.
• Ensure visualizations map to documented user tasks and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data owners to ensure data readiness and governance.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools with human review for governance, documentation, and testing.
• Monitor dashboard adoption, performance, and business value; drive maintenance and improvements.
