Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a BI Consulting associate to work with mid-market clients on data reporting, dashboards, and analytics. You will engage directly with clients, document requirements, and deliver solution demonstrations while collaborating with cross-regional teams.

Travel to client sites up to 25% is required; a minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred. Strong SQL Server skills and ASP.NET experience are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed BA/BS in relevant fields at an accredited university.
• Studying or completed degree in Business Admin, Accounting, CS, Data Science/Analytics or MIS.
• Experience with SQL Server tools and data visualization for reporting.
• Strong Excel fundamentals and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience with web/desktop apps using ASP.NET.

Responsibilities

• Execute solution delivery engagements for clients.
• Define and document client requirements clearly.
• Build reports, dashboards and scorecards using diverse tools.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients.
• Create demonstration scenarios and prototypes.
• Collaborate with consultants across regions.
