Uline is seeking a BI Analytics Engineer for its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will design dashboards, shape reporting, and build scalable analytics solutions across enterprise systems.

Collaborate with Senior BI/Analytics teams, partner with business leaders to translate needs into data models, and deliver reliable insights using Microsoft's BI stack and Python. On-site role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft BI Stack (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong Python, SQL, relational databases and data modeling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design datasets and deliver insights to support growing business.
• Develop scalable dashboards using Microsoft's BI Stack and Python.
• Translate business needs into scalable data models and reporting layers.
• Document analytics requirements, data models and processes to ensure reporting accuracy.
