Job summary

BizFirst is recruiting a skilled BI / Dashboard Developer to support the U.S. Department of Transportation program. The role focuses on building OA drill-down billing views, semantic models, and secure data access across multiple administrations.

Responsibilities include data segregation, disclosure controls, and end-to-end validation from inputs to Delphi. Proficiency in Looker/LookML, Power BI, SQL, and Google Cloud tools is highly valued, with federal context a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience with cost models, billing cycles, and automations.
• Delivery of stakeholder-facing dashboards with drill-through from summary to transaction-level data.
• Experience implementing report-layer security for multi-tenant audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build OA drill-down billing views in Looker and Looker Studio.
• Ensure view-equals-bill reconciliation and publish only when aligned to Delphi.
• Apply row-level access controls and test roles prior to releases.
• Highlight frontend clarity: include estimates, accruals, true-ups, and posting dates.
• Deliver accessible Section 508-compliant reports and dashboards.
