Job summary

AllyGPO, Inc. is seeking a Developer, Business Intelligence & Analytics to design, build, and maintain complex data tables, internal dashboards for Sales and Operations, and client-facing reports.

You will collaborate with the Technology team and senior BI leaders to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in data analytics; healthcare space is a plus.
• Strong BI and data visualization skills with Power BI.
• Experience with ETL, data modeling, and data quality.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC and version control.

Responsibilities

• Understand the GPO’s business and develop data strategies and analytics solutions addressing operational, financial, and clinical needs.
• Build relationships across Sales, Operations, Membership Services, C‑Suite, Technology & Data Science.
• Apply advanced data analytics concepts to diverse projects.
• Collaborate with data engineers to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting.
• Create and manage reports and data extracts for internal and external customers.
• Document data sources, transformations, and report logic for future reference.
• Refine development processes and workflows.
• Evaluate data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy.
• Solve intricate data challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Collect, document, and map business processes and system dependencies.
