Job summary

ArcBest is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Fort Smith, AR to create descriptive reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions. You will work with stakeholders to document needs, design BI solutions, and deliver timely data across ArcBest and subsidiaries.

Responsibilities include analysis of requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise BI initiatives. A BA in a related field and Power BI/DAX/Power Query skills are preferred, with strong SQL and Microsoft

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Analytics or related field.
Experience with data modeling, requirements analysis, and data storytelling.
Proficiency with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to document user requirements for data, dashboards, and reports.
Analyze user requirements and design functional specifications for BI solutions and estimate effort.
Design, develop, deploy, and document Enterprise BI solutions leveraging data architecture and optimization.
Test, troubleshoot, evaluate, and improve performance on BI artifacts.
Collaborate with and support analysts on analytics strategies and techniques.
Provide day-to-day support to analysts who develop reports for their departments.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
