Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, KPIs, and data definitions.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to ensure accurate delivery of data and reporting solutions.
• Validate and test reports, dashboards, and datasets to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to support issue resolution and enhancements.
• Work with data teams to understand data models, data lineage, and data availability across systems.
• Support data migration and transformation initiatives by defining reporting and historical data requirements.
• Assist in building or modifying reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) when required.
• Document business processes, report logic, and data definitions for governance and knowledge sharing.
• Provide user support, training, and guidance on analytics tools and reporting solutions.
