Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, business analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of BI, data analytics, or CRM administration experience with cross-functional projects.
  • Experience administering Dynamics 365 CRM and developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, data integrity, user support, reporting, training, and adoption.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and data models providing actionable insights.
  • Integrate and analyze data from CRM, ERP, financial, sales, marketing, and operations systems to deliver accurate BI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Leadership to identify reporting requirements and KPIs.
  • Lead business process improvements, automate workflows, and drive data governance initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a business-minded technology leader who excels at turning data into actionable insights while driving operational efficiency across organization.Job SummaryThe BI Analyst/Developer serves as a key technology and business partner across Organized Living, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Software Development, and Executive Leadership.
