Job summary

Universal Recycling Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, analytics, and business process solutions that support decision-making across URT.

You will design dashboards, write SQL queries, and automate processes to improve data visibility and efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and technical skills with experience in SQL, BI platforms, and Power Automate; Python and advanced Excel are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• SQL database development and reporting concepts.
• BI principles, analytics, data visualization.
• Relational database structures and data management practices.
• Microsoft 365 applications and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Partner with operations, finance, logistics, safety, and leadership teams to identify reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into data visualizations and insights.
• Monitor report accuracy, performance, and data integrity.
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries, procedures, views, and scripts.
• Troubleshoot RazorERP and other business applications.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and automate processes.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for reports and dashboards.
