Job summary

Brighton Jones is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Seattle to build and maintain reporting assets across Power BI, Salesforce and Sigma Computing. You will partner with Revenue Operations, Client Services, and Data Engineering to deliver metrics that drive decisions and improve processes.

The role emphasizes data integrity, user-friendly dashboards, and the translation of complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence role.
Foundational SQL skills; exposure to Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, BigQuery or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with Sigma Computing, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or similar BI tools; exposure to app-building tools is a plus.
Interest in building beyond traditional dashboards to support workflows and decisions.

Responsibilities

Build Sigma-based analytics and apps to help teams analyze data, act, and improve efficiency.
Translate workflows into data solutions in partnership with business teams.
Design user-friendly data experiences for non-technical users.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Salesforce to support data-informed decisions.
Collaborate on ad hoc analysis with analysts, engineers, and business partners.
QA reporting logic and ensure data integrity across teams.
Document reporting assets to foster consistency and shared understanding.
