Job summary

Covasant Technologies is seeking a data-focused BI analyst to join our team in the United States. You will audit source data, validate transformations, and build dashboards that monitor quality and performance across analytics platforms.

In this role you will collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, governance-driven data solutions, apply AB testing, and uphold CoE standards in all BI reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI analysis, data quality, or related roles.
• Proficient in SQL for data exploration and auditing.
• Experience with Tableau for analytics and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and governance.
• Experience with A/B testing methods and statistical analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Uphold CoE standards across BI reporting.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Data Quality & Auditing

• Conduct regular audits of source data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps.
• Ensure stored data integrity by validating data transformation processes and identifying discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain data quality monitoring dashboards and alerts to detect errors and anomalies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data validation checks and enforce best practices. Data Governance

Data Governance

• Work with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and troubleshoot ETL failures
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and CoE Standards Business requirement gathering and translate needs to help develop data analytic platform
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Define and document data requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI analysis, data quality, or related roles.
• Exposure to SQL for data exploration, auditing
• Experience with Tableau
• Good understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Uphold Company CoE Standards across all BI reporting

Degree & Certifications
