Schedule: Full Time Night Shift - 3, 12-hour shifts per week (6:00pm - 6:30am) + on-call required

How You’ll Serve Our Patients

As a BHT Supervisor at ERC Pathlight, you will be part of a team that delivers direct care, group therapy sessions, and support to patients across our centers nationwide. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing supervision and support to inpatient and residential patients, including behavioral interventions, maintaining safety, and supporting therapeutic programming such as bathroom and meal-time support
• Leading or facilitating group therapy sessions
• Employing therapeutic interventions to maintain a safe, supportive, and clinically sound environment
• Providing leadership and performance evaluations for direct report BHC team members
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and meal support
• Conducting safety checks as ordered

Must Haves

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of mental health experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Six months or more of supervisor or management experience preferred
• Experience working in higher levels of care preferred
