Job summary

California Detox is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct client care and support the recovery process in a structured setting. You will maintain documentation, ensure facility rules are followed, and assist in medication passes and rounds.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR & First Aid certification, and RADT/SUDRC registration. A calm, organized, compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Complete client intakes in the EMR system upon admission.
• Conduct rounds to monitor client safety and compliance.
• Perform drug testing per approved procedures.
• Conduct medication passes with clients.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and report observations to the Operations Director.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of facility supplies.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and team members.

California Detox is a compassionate and client-focused behavioral health organization dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. We are looking for a BHT to join our team and help provide high-quality care in a structured and supportive environment.

Pay: $20/hourly

Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm

Job Summary
