Pay Range

This range is provided by Recreate Behavioral Health Network. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Job Description

Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals as a passionate and committed Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), where you will have the opportunity to positively impact lives and guide clients on their journey to wellness. As a BHT, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for clients, while also promoting a sense of community and belonging.

Must be able to work 4:00pm to 12:00am and have a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct clinical and housing intakes, providing a smooth and welcoming experience for new clients.
  2. Seamlessly orient new clients to the facility and residential areas, making them feel at home.
  3. Be a role model and advocate for clients, ensuring their well-being and safety.
  4. Transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring a safe, timely arrival and a comfortable experience.
  5. Adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment, always ready for new challenges.
  6. Share the power of the 12 Step Program, supporting clients on their transformative journeys.
  7. Demonstrate expertise in executing room and bag searches.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent
  • Behavioral health experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)
