What You'll Do

1. Provide operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.)
2. Engage with clients to build rapport and create a supportive recovery environment
3. Monitor clients and enforce safety policies for clients and staff
4. Record and escalate critical incidents promptly
5. Complete administrative duties (documentation, inventory, meetings, office support)

What We're Looking For

1. High School diploma or GED preferred
2. Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred
3. If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety required
4. Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
5. Warm, compassionate, and empathetic personality
6. Dignified character exemplifying recovery principles
