Job summary

Delta-T Group in Plymouth Meeting, PA is urgently seeking Community Support Professionals to provide services to adults with behavioral health, IDD, and/or autism. The role includes conducting behavioral assessments, direct care and supervision, and partnering with care teams to train staff on interventions and data tracking.

You will track, analyze, and document progress to update treatment plans, with shifts Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, starting at $19/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have, or be willing to obtain, Fatal Five Training.
• Minimum of two years' experience with disabilities or behavioral health populations.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal clearances; CPR & First Aid certification.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLEARANCES

• High school diploma/GED

• Minimum of two years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities or working within behavioral health, psychiatric populations.
• Valid Driver's License & Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal
• Produce current CPR & First Aid certification
