Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions is seeking BHT-ABA or RBT professionals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents in Berks County, PA. You will implement personalized treatment plans and help learners develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under BCBA/BC-ABA supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT, BCaBA or BCAT certification, or another approved behavior analysis certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training.
• At least two years of ABA experience plus 40 hours of approved ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Teach meaningful skills that promote independence and growth.
• Collect accurate data and complete documentation promptly.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
