Job summary

ERMC Aviation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee airport operations, including airside, landside, and terminal maintenance, while coordinating with airlines and other airport stakeholders. You will ensure compliance with policies, manage day-to-day activities, and respond to incidents in a command role as ARFF/ASC.

The position requires strong safety awareness, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and the capacity to obtain necessary security clearances.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety protocols.
• Previous experience in an airport environment.
• Experience in Industrial maintenance.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions (hot and cold) and small spaces.
• Able to obtain security clearances after background check.
• Must work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must read/write English.

ERMC Aviation is seeking a supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Inspecting all the areas of the airport, including airside, landside, and terminal facilities.
• Ensuring compliance with airport policies and procedures.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of an airport.
