United States Digital Space LLC is seeking outstanding Nurse Practitioners to join our Hormone Health practice in the Chicago area, with telehealth across 18 states. We are building both virtual and local teams and prioritizing BHRT and thyroid health with medication management.

Our full-time providers may receive a starting base salary guarantee of $130K, plus a robust benefits package and revenue-share opportunities. We support marketing, staffing and practice management as well.

Qualifications

• NP/APRN with a focus in Functional Medicine, Hormone Health or Lifestyle Medicine.
• BHRT training or experience strongly preferred.
• Must hold IL APRN and IL DEA licenses or be able to obtain them.
• Remote work options; 16–20 hours/week with some evening shifts.
• Excellent communication and a patient-first approach.
• Eligible to practice in AZ, CO, FL, IL, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, or VA.

Responsabilités

• Focus on BHRT, thyroid health, and medication management.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, exams, and tests.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ needs.
• Prescribe nutraceuticals and/or medications and monitor effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Provide counseling on prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems.
• Stay current with research in functional, integrative and lifestyle medicine.
