Responsibilities

• Knowledge of community resources, coordinating referrals to services and other agencies.
• Ability to conduct psychosocial assessments and interventions for diverse populations.
• Knowledge of medical and mental health diagnoses to inform treatment planning.
• Ability to implement different treatment modalities with individuals, families and groups.
• Provide consultation to new social workers and students on psychosocial needs and treatment impact.
