  • Establish on‑the‑job training programs and standardized opportunities for team members to learn new skills and progress in their career.
  • Independently manage technicians that perform integration and test of the Kuiper satellite and various complex sub‑assemblies in a clean‑room and ESD controlled environment.
  • Inspect and verify your team’s work after completion to ensure engineering and quality standards are met.
  • Author, maintain, and train others to all relevant process documentation, including Assembly, Inspection, Testing/In‑Process Characterization, and Shipping Procedures.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, design, operations and test engineers to develop, document and complete activities, including continuous improvement opportunities.
