What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the BHASO contract, ensuring all contract deliverables are met
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to monitor program design elements and contract compliance
- Organize and track deliverables, holding the team accountable for quality submissions
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes and performance insights
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop trend reports to improve operational processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of direct or indirect behavioral health care service experience
- 2+ years of provider customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Solid process improvement skills and experience managing change initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 25% for Behavioral Health Administration meetings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Colorado behavioral health provider licensure
- 3+ years of program administration and leadership experience in behavioral health policy
- Familiarity with performance monitoring strategies and tactics
- Demonstrated expertise with the continuum of behavioral health modalities
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills
