Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a patient transport driver to safely move visitors and staff to appointments, admissions, discharges and other events. You will maintain seatbelt use, document transportation activities and keep vehicles clean and functional.

Responsibilities include on-call readiness, accurate logs, responding empathetically to patients, providing respectful service, and reporting maintenance issues promptly to ensure patient safety and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.

• Ensure all company vehicles are kept clean and functional.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
