Summary

We are looking for a Sales Porter/Lot Attendant to greet and assist customers, support Sales Managers with inventory, keys, and lot organization, and perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and Car Wash Manager.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Ensure vehicle cleanliness using appropriate equipment
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify staff of customer arrivals
• Answer basic customer inquiries and refer complex questions appropriately
• Manage inventory and organize keys for quick retrieval
• Provide a friendly, professional greeting to customers
• Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Managers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
• Dependability and reliability
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods and work outdoors
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Professional appearance
• Willingness to pass a drug test and background check
