GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: Protect the safety and well being of all members and guests using the aquatic facilities. The Lifeguard will work directly with participants providing courteous, friendly and professional assistance. The Lifeguard is team oriented, friendly, and outgoing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must hold current Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguard Training Certification, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Standard First Aid. Previous lifeguard experience preferred, but not required.
This is an outdoor position. Work conditions will consist of unpredictable New England Summer weather.
