Position Overview

We are seeking entry-level candidates on an as-needed basis to fill various temporary clerical office positions across departments at MGH, BWH, and other MGB affiliates. These roles involve tasks such as computer work, filing, faxing, answering phones, and photocopying.

Ideal Candidate
  • Enjoys variety and is flexible to work in different departments to gain experience.
  • Willing to accept both short-term and long-term assignments, most of which are full-time.
  • Possesses excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Has general clerical skills, including answering multiple phone lines, data entry, copying, and file management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrates good communication skills and professionalism in interactions with staff at all levels.
