Job summary

The Ritedose Corporation in Columbia, SC is seeking a Bulk Operations Technician with Basic Skills to support commissioning, operation, and upkeep of production equipment. You will assist in preventive maintenance on Blow-Fill-Seal lines and resin handling systems while ensuring proper documentation of all activities.

Qualifications

2 year technical degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical or electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to establish priorities and operating equipment quality expectations.

Responsibilities

Assist in routine, preventative, and unscheduled maintenance on BFS equipment including Blow-Fill-Seal machines and resin handling equipment.
Prepare BFS machines for batch filling by changing code magazines, checking filters, and connecting holding tanks.
Monitor the BFS machines during batch filling and document results.
Perform routine shift checks and document activities accurately.
Assist in adjusting ampoule weight, forming, and fill volume to maintain process control.
Complete shutdown procedures, including cleaning and testing of filters and molds.
