Job summary

Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation seeks a BFS Line Technician I to operate BFS downstream machinery, monitor production, and ensure CGMP compliance in sterile manufacturing. You will maintain equipment, complete documentation, and support cross-functional teams to optimize throughput.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts (including nights and weekends).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certifications or training in manufacturing or mechanical systems preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with BFS technology is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate BFS downstream machinery per SOPs and Batch Records.
• Monitor machine performance and production output for efficiency and compliance.
• Perform routine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain operation.
• Reset equipment alarms and ensure materials are properly staged for production.
• Accurately complete Batch Records, logbooks, and setup sheets in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Packaging teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior operators as needed.
