Responsibilities

• Operate, start, clean and assist in maintenance of BFS machines and related equipment.
• Prepare BFS machines for batch filling, change magazines, test filters and connect holding tanks.
• Monitor batch filling, adjust ampoule weight and fill volume to maintain process control.
• Perform routine checks, document results, and execute shutdown procedures after batches.
• Maintain area housekeeping and contribute to training programs.
