Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management engineer to design, implement, and maintain our privileged access security infrastructure. You will manage BeyondTrust Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access, and related components to protect critical systems and data across our enterprise.

Responsibilities include configuring vaulting, session recording, and rotation; integrating with identity management, performing access reviews, and generating audit reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PAM/identity security experience.
• Experience with BeyondTrust PAM solutions (Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access).
• Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts and security frameworks.
• Experience with Windows and Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and identity management systems.
• Familiarity with database administration (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain BeyondTrust PAM infrastructure.
• Configure password vaulting, session recording, and automated password rotation capabilities.
• Integrate BeyondTrust solutions with identity management systems and security tools.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security; provide Level 2/3 support.
• Develop privileged access governance, perform access reviews, and generate audit reports.
