Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Warehouse Picker Order Selector in Cincinnati. The role involves accurate product picking with a voice headset, stacking and moving cases up to 50 pounds, and preparing orders for loading. You may operate an electronic pallet jack, walkie rider, and shrink wrap pallets during shifts.

The position is full-time with Monday–Friday schedules, starting pay at $24.75 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition and mileage

Qualifications

• This role requires standing and performing physical tasks for the full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly from floor to overhead.
• Work with headset-driven voice picking system and order selection.
• Hand shrink wrap pallets and prepare orders for loading dock.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by numbers using voice headset.
• Stack cases and place beverages onto pallets in defined patterns.
• Shrink wrap orders and move them to the loading dock with pallet jack or walkie rider.
• Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
