Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field by July 2027.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be of legal drinking age by start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquid processing or fermentation / distillation optimization from lab to manufacturing scale.
• Complete laboratory batching, formulation, and scale-up trials to support the liquid team during commercialization.
• Produce trial cooks, fermentations, and distillations, and manage batches and sales samples in the Pilot Plant to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Generate new liquid and raw material specifications and input data into SAP.
• Operate analytical chemistry equipment (e.g., HPLC, GC) to generate insights and develop testing methods.
