Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wait on and assist customers; orally communicate with customers and co-workers on products, prices, and payment methods.
• Checkout customer purchases using register; handle Company funds; perform price calculations and give correct change.
• Complete paperwork to count down register at end of shift and prepare for pickup.
• Check in and price newly received merchandise; stock and face products on shelves and displays.
• Answer telephone for customer inquiries.
• Identify products and explain alcoholic product differences and sizing; resource information as needed.
• Capable of suggestive selling and product merchandising.
• Maintain inventory control and determine stocking needs.
• Keep work station clean and organized, including sweeping and dusting.
• Maintain current TABC Certificate.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints following policy.
