Job description

A Day in the Life:

As a Beverage Steward, you're the go-to for great pairings and even better conversations, helping customers explore wines and beers while providing a welcoming and informative shopping experience. You'll assist with product selection, answer questions, and share helpful insights so customers leave confident in their choices, whether it's a quick recommendation or a thoughtful pairing for a meal or occasion.

You also maintain department conditions throughout the day by stocking, rotating, and organizing products while keeping displays full and visually consistent. You monitor inventory levels, complete ordering tasks, and follow merchandising plans and standards. This role operates in a fast-paced retail environment where consistency, organization, and product awareness contribute to overall department performance.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
• Compliance with all alcohol sales regulations and company policies
