Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Adhere to all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe policies.
2. Take guest orders, serve drinks, and handle payments courteously and efficiently.
3. Promote lounge services, develop a personal clientele, and perform public relations duties.
4. Generate promotional ideas to increase business and revenue.
5. Model designer apparel and make costume changes as needed.
6. Interact with guests cordially, creating memorable experiences and building loyalty.
7. Maintain service standards and a friendly atmosphere at guest tables.
8. Ensure safety and report accidents or irregularities immediately.
9. Assist in training new team members when requested.
10. Follow proper check settlement procedures.
11. Participate in professional photo shoots if required.
12. Act as a role model and promote company values.
13. Support responsible gaming and alcohol service by discreetly reporting concerns.
14. Uphold integrity and ethics, reporting illegal acts or violations.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of beverage/cocktail service experience.
• Experience in nightclubs or entertainment venues preferred.
• Modeling/promotions experience within the last 5 years required.
• Experience in upscale gaming lounges or similar environments preferred.
• Willingness to wear uniforms or costumes as required.
• Ability to wear clothing/uniforms with flair, demonstrating good posture and gestures.
• Availability to work all shifts if in a 24-hour outlet.

Work Environment:

• Stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, and taste or smell frequently.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work in a fast-paced, noisy casino environment with potential exposure to smoke and public.
• Communicate effectively in English and maintain a friendly demeanor.
