Position Summary
Under general direction from the Beverage Services Manager, responsible for supervising Food and Beverage personnel in the assigned venue or area. Ensures all beverage services meet quality, safety, and guest service standards. Develops and maintains a high-performing Beverage Team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing beverage strategies, policies, and programs to maximize profitability and meet F & B goals.
  • Ensure beverage services adhere to Casino Service Standards, including cleanliness and appearance.
  • Support training of staff on service procedures, safety, and guest standards; provide tools for effective performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain visibility on the floor during shifts.
  • Assist in scheduling, evaluations, and career development of team members.
  • Address guest concerns in line with service standards.
  • Hold regular staff meetings for communication.
  • Report on beverage activities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Attend BEO meetings and oversee banquet beverage standards.
  • Manage beverage inventory, costs, and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to all alcohol laws and regulations.
  • Support restaurant and banquet operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Access to Sensitive Areas: F&B storage area.

Signatory Authority: Department orders, requisitions, and personnel forms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; waiver possible by HR.
  • At least 3 years of cash handling and guest service experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening and obtain gaming license.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry principles, safety standards, and beverage operations.
  • Skilled in computer operations, leadership, problem analysis, and effective communication.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and interpret laws and regulations.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform visual and auditory tasks. Work outdoors and indoors, in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.

Work Environment

Indoor and outdoor, with exposure to noise, smoke, dust, odors, and weather extremes. Extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
