Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
• Associates Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with basic Windows applications (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers, technicians and third-party providers.
• Handle service requests, installations and preventive maintenance; issue work orders as needed.
• Coordinate repairs and parts with customers and service providers; follow through to completion.
• Learn NetSuite web-based systems and PC procedures.
• Maintain detailed work logs and status reports.
• Investigate customer and sales issues and resolve them quickly.
• Coordinate dispatch activities, warranty processes and part orders.
• Support technicians on-site with parts, returns, and scheduling.
• Keep the office environment clean, organized and safe.
