Summary

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Beverage Server is responsible for serving beverages to guests and ensuring that their wants and needs are consistently exceeded. Pay starts at $7/hr plus tips. Hiring for FT Swing and Grave shifts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation include:

• Providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service of drinks ordered.
• Properly inputting each order into the POS system.
• Complying with all department rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and all local, state, and federal rules related to liquor service.
• Following S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training.
• Preparing set-ups and garnishing drinks appropriately.
• Retrieving used glasses.
• Maintaining proper balance of server bank where applicable.
• Attending periodic meetings and training sessions.
• Promoting positive public and employee relations.
• Presenting a neat and clean appearance at all times.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

WORK HOURS:

Due to industry unpredictability, team members must be able to work varying schedules to meet business needs.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

This position is responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcohol and has authority for comps. A NE Gaming License must be secured and maintained. Other certifications include ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness.
