Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Beverage Server to deliver exceptional guest service in the Ladies & Gents of Belterra Park program, ensuring timely beverage service and compliance with all gaming and safety regulations.

You will learn all Belterra Park outlets, perform entertainment-related duties, maintain a polished appearance, assist guests with beverage and food selections, and operate the POS to input orders while keeping the service area clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal and external guests.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.
• Familiarity and product knowledge of beverages, wines, and garnishes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external guest service with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Learn Belterra Park’s room outlets and server functions, and answer general questions about the property.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and adhere to contract requirements.
• Model and perform public relations activities as part of the Ladies & Gents program.
• Enter guests’ order information into the POS system in a timely manner.
• Communicate beverage orders to bar personnel and fulfill guest requests.
