Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a dedicated team member to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages under the direction of the Assistant Beverage Manager. You will ensure a positive guest experience across property outlets and events while maintaining compliance with gaming and liquor regulations.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, high-quality guest interactions, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Assistant Beverage Manager, the individual serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests throughout the property ensuring a positive guest experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Take guest orders, serves drinks and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary.
• Adhere to state liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines.
• Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary and organized at all times.
• Adhere to beverage control procedures.
• Adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Promote positive guest and team member relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
