The Role:

1. Accurately collect drink orders, present to the bartender, add garnishes, and serve to patrons with napkins and receipts.
2. Compute bills accurately and accept payments.
3. Assist bartenders or barbacks as needed.
4. Request identification from customers when legal age is questioned.
5. Be well-versed in all applicable policies, procedures, rules, and laws for Indiana and the Beverage Department.
6. Follow policies related to financial transactions.
7. Knowledgeable of Indiana Gaming and ATC regulations.
8. Stand and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours).
9. Use stairwells or service elevators to move between floors.
10. Lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, and climbing.
11. Assist with casino restaurant duties including food prep, handling, stocking, hosting, serving, and cashiering as needed.
12. Understand and communicate in English.
13. Follow the Company Service Standards.
14. Be available for scheduled work, including holidays and weekends.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
