Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Beverage Server takes guests’ beverage orders and ensures accurate and timely service, working closely with bar personnel. They participate in the Ladies & Gents of Belterra Park program, representing and highlighting the brand through beverage service, entertainment routines, modeling, and public relations activities.

Essential Functions

• Deliver friendly, courteous guest service, actively seeking opportunities to assist guests and team members, and responding to their needs with sincerity and knowledge.
• Learn and familiarize with all Belterra Park outlets and functions, providing accurate information about the property.
• Maintain a professional appearance according to company standards.
• Model and perform entertainment routines, participate in advertising and PR activities.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with appropriate beverages and amenities.
• Make rounds to take beverage orders, ensuring guests’ age compliance for alcohol consumption.
• Assist guests with beverage and food selection, demonstrating salesmanship and product knowledge.
• Enter orders into POS system accurately and promptly, communicate with bar staff, and deliver beverages with amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, stock supplies, and manage section efficiently.
• Provide responsible alcohol service, adhering to regulations and managing guest alcohol consumption responsibly.
• Participate in special event uniforms and activities, and follow health and safety regulations.
• Complete all assigned duties, including opening and closing procedures, with attention to detail and safety.
• Maintain grooming standards and work harmoniously with colleagues, handling difficult situations professionally.
• Follow SOPs and perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to obtain responsible alcohol service certification.
• Knowledge of beverages, wines, and garnishes preferred.
