Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is hiring a Beverage Server to support the beverage department by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service to guests in a fast-paced casino setting. You will take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options while maintaining a professional, welcoming demeanor aligned with guest service standards.

The role requires following cash handling routines, Micros POS procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a beverage server or in a customer service-related role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• At least 21 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options in a professional and engaging manner.
