Job description

What would I be doing?

Serve beverages to guests in a quick, efficient, and courteous manner; perform side work to maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in assigned work areas.

Responsibilities

1. Provide a quality guest service experience, maintaining friendliness and a smile during all interactions.
2. Complete job tasks in a timely manner according to department standards.
3. Familiarize with cocktails and prices to ensure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders.
4. Suggest and upsell cocktails.
5. Observe and anticipate guest needs to fulfill additional requests.
6. Serve tables in proper order of arrival, with exceptions for common sense situations or supervisor requests.
7. Inform immediate supervisor of critical supply or service issues.
8. Complete assigned side work and any additional daily tasks.
9. Practice and promote safety rules and regulations.
10. Perform related duties as assigned.
11. Maintain a professional image and conduct oneself positively.
12. Greet guests with a smile and pleasant disposition.
13. Keep assigned workstation clean and organized.
14. Follow all cash handling procedures as listed in the Food & Beverage Manual.
15. Follow the calling order when preparing cocktails.
16. Adhere to uniform appearance standards while on duty.
