Description

Position Summary

Providing exceptional beverage service to guests throughout the gaming floor, including slot machines, table games, and the high-limit gaming area. Responsibilities include taking and fulfilling drink orders promptly, maintaining cleanliness in service areas, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides excellent customer service through friendly communication and positive interaction to establish guest perception of exceptional hospitality.
2. Engages with guests professionally and courteously, approaching table game customers only when cards are not in play.
3. Maintains gaming area cleanliness, including removing trash and cleaning drink stations and equipment, complying with health and safety regulations.
4. Replenishes supplies such as ice, cups, and napkins, and stocks refrigerating units using FIFO system.
5. Participates in daily meetings, completes computer-assisted training, and maintains temperature logs.
6. Checks and reports equipment issues, operates and maintains all equipment safely.
7. Operates POS systems accurately, handles cash and transactions responsibly, and maintains financial integrity.
8. Punctuality and regular attendance are essential.

Additional Responsibilities

Builds guest relationships based on respect, maintains professionalism, and handles inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.

Key Performance Indicators

KPIs will be shared and feedback provided during performance reviews.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of beverage service procedures, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Ability to relay guest orders via POS, communicate effectively, and handle money accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail orientation, and ability to follow directions.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in food service is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Ability to pass background check, pre-employment and random drug screening.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting at least 25 lbs, standing, walking, and working in various environmental conditions, including noise and dust. Must work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
