Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for small stores to cover Ft Worth, Arlington, and Grand Prairie routes. This role reports to the route supervisor and offers starting pay ranging from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience, with additional incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
