Job summary

Watkins Distributing is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to run an assigned route, delivering and merchandising products. The work schedule consists of four 10-hour days, covering Idaho and Montana for four generations.

The role involves delivering safely, checking in with store personnel, stocking displays, and ensuring order accuracy while collaborating with sales teams. Pre-employment drug test may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Able to maneuver a hand truck loaded with product.
• Comfortable using standard handheld computer input/output devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned route delivering product safely, on time and professionally, following traffic laws.
• Unload product from the truck using a pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• Check in product with store personnel and verify orders.
• Ensure delivery accuracy by obtaining signatures.
• Stock cooler space, shelf space, and displays at delivery time.
• Rotate product according to company standards.
• Pick up empty keg shells, damaged items, or mis-ordered product for credit.
• Collect invoices and complete route paperwork daily.
• Communicate effectively with sales reps and store personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
