Job summary

Riverside Refreshments is seeking a Beverage Route Delivery Helper – Driver in Training in Augusta, GA. This full-time position entails assisting the driver on an established route with 10–15 stops per day and progressing to a driver role as training completes.

You will merchandise, rotate products, use GPS/iPads, and maintain relationships with stores while supporting delivery operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations (DOT) preferred.
• Preferred 1-2 years of route delivery or similar delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and merchandise products, including loading and unloading products to multiple stores each day.
• Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at location based on FIFO.
• Ability to push, pull pallet jacks and hand truck to move products.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction by establishing working relationships with primary contact at each account.
• Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services, listens to, and resolve service complaints.
• Accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected and product.
• Accountable for ensuring your company vehicle is maintained.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
