Job summary

Riverside Refreshments in Augusta, GA seeks a Route Delivery Helper – Driver – In-Training to join our Beverage Delivery team on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role trains toward full driving duties, delivering to gas stations, convenience stores, and other accounts on an established route.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, product rotation, customer relations, and maintaining vehicle records. DOT compliance and pre-employment checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations including driver logs and roadside inspections.
• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a route delivery driver position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and merchandise products on an established route to multiple stores daily.
• Load and unload products; rotate stock using FIFO.
• Push/pull pallet jacks and hand trucks; operate delivery vehicle.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and customers.
• Inform clients of new products or services and resolve service issues.
